Both bold and understated textures can be used by using eclectic materials in your home by using rugs, fabrics, and other textures. Your living room should feel sociable and friendly and using luxurious richly textures fabrics in leather, velvet and suede will provide unless possibilities. Add textured artwork in your living room, with a color combination that pleases your eye.
Ornate window treatments are making a comeback, think fancy curtains like silk and chintz.
And patterned bedding is big this year, where your shams and duvets can be in neutral colors or white and your sheets patterned. Think cozy and comfy for your bedding, upholstered headboards, pillows and bedding that feel like a warm hug.
