Ringing in the “New” At Olive Terrace
Olive Terrace is ringing in the new year in style with a lot of new and exciting things for the Santa Clarita Valley. In addition to their seasonal menus the restaurant has incorporated a new wine-pairing menu that features your choice of select options and a glass of wine to go with the meal. With plenty of selections to choose from you are sure to find a new favorite dish… selections like roasted butternut squash soup or a fresh, grilled romaine salad for an appetizer; the mixture of savory and sweet of “Fesenjan” or lobster ravioli for an entrée, and baked cobbler or an old-fashioned pecan tart with ice cream for dessert. These combinations can be paired with one of the many bottles from the new wine cellar located in the middle of the restaurant connecting the bar and the main dining area. This temperature-controlled cellar holds more than 160 bottles of wine that makes up new additions to their wine list.
Whether for just a glass of wine with a friend or experiencing the many recipes from the fusion kitchen Olive Terrace wants to make every customer feel right at home in a fine dining establishment.
