Slater’s 50/50 Valencia’s opening has been postponed until the end of February. But in the meantime, let’s get excited about all the fun that will come from this new restaurant. Slater’s is well known for its build your own burger service. You can mix and match, double and even triple the burger. Patrons can come in and design their perfect burger according to their tastes. You can choose from options like the famous 50/50 patty which is 50 percent beef and 50 percent bacon or the beyond patty. You also have your choice of veggies, buns (the most popular being the brioche) and sauce. Slater’s has created special sauces that are well worth trying, such as the bacon ketchup or the peanut butter jelly.
