Wine “On the Roof” A Unique Food and Wine Pairing Experience is returning May 14
The WiSH Education Foundation is in full planning mode for this year’s Wine on the Roof and ready to bring you our most exciting event yet! We are thrilled to announce the producer of this year’s event, Peter Goossens, who brings to us decades of global and local event production experience. His out-of-the-box ideas are bursting with creative concepts that only 250 lucky diners will get enjoy! We’ve had a different venue on the Westfield Valencia Town Center property each of the last two sold out years and this time around we are getting access to a location you won’t believe until you see it – but we are not disclosing that unique location just yet! Rest assured you will be surrounded by that quintessential New York rooftop party environment, complete with live music and inventive décor. There is simply nothing like this in our valley and we welcome you to come back for a third year or join us for your very first time.
Guests will be treated to a NINE course dinner beginning with an hour of wine tasting and appetizers. Each course, created by local chefs, will be purposely paired with wines from generous donors. Winemakers and chefs will be available throughout the event to share their creations and wines with you. All funds benefit the WiSH Education Foundation and focus on student wellness in the aftermath of the recent Saugus High School tragedy. What a way to party for a worthy cause – and don’t forget to bring your dollars to indulge in the wine-themed auction! Updates and teasers can be found on our FB event page and our WiSH FB page.
Thank you to sponsor Westfield Valencia Town Center for their continued support of WiSH and Santa Clarita Magazine for their valued partnership. Other early sponsors include SOS Entertainment, Peterson Printing and Graphics and SCVTV.
Tickets are $150 per person. Tables of eight are $1,000, 21 and over only. Buying a table ensures that you are all seated together and provides a $200 savings off of the individual ticket price – but get them early, they are in limited quantity! Individual tickets will have assigned seating. Only 250 tickets will be sold, and tickets will go on sale on March 1 through Eventbrite. Find out more at www.wishscv.org. Sponsor tables offer exceptional extras – if you are interested, please contact wish@hartdistrict.org.
WiSH funds programs and initiatives that go beyond what tax dollars provide and 100 percent of our funding benefits the nearly 23,000 students of the Hart District. We appreciate your support. Learn more at www.wishscv.org.
