Bella Cucina Restorante Italian has been at the forefront of creating unique dishes that combine both artistry and flavor. Each week their Chef’s Specials are prepared daily by Chef Toumadi. This menu features recipes from around the world. One dish that was recently featured on their Valentine’s Day menu, Chef has been perfecting for the past 20 years. Originating from Brooklyn, New York this recipe is a spin on the classic filet mignon. The meat has been cut fresh and served with brandy, PORCHINI mushrooms, baby carrots, and white asparagus in a petite French style. Bella Cucina offers high-quality dishes like these and more for private events. Owner Jay Hamzei and Chef Toumadi have created six new menus available for your next event which will be available to view online. From weddings to baby showers they have you covered. If you are looking for something more personal for your special occasion, Chef Toumadi will sit with you and create a menu that is sure to leave your guests in awe.
