Newhall School District We will persevere through this challenging time and we will be stronger for it
Together as a school district, a community, and a world, we are facing unprecedented times and though times may be challenging, we will persevere, and our children will be better for it.
In accordance with government orders, we have implemented distance learning to continue our commitment to our students, their safety, well-being, and education. Our mission statement remains as true as ever: Newhall School District students will become global citizens who think critically, solve problems, embrace diversity in people and viewpoints, and have a passion or learning and the arts.
The challenges we face now prepare us for the future. Let this be a time for you to prepare your child for a successful future. Enrollment in the Newhall School District is open to all, and our 10 award-winning public schools are tuition-free. Our schools are continuously updated and modernized, incorporating the latest in technology and facilities to provide every student the tools to learn and achieve.
In every aspect of a child’s school day, in any one of our ten-award winning schools, we challenge them to think critically and solve problems. This is true of the distance learning plan each of our teachers has created. We continue to find new and innovative ways to encourage them to embrace diversity in both people and viewpoints, and work to instill a lifelong passion for learning.
Newhall School District will always strive to empower our students to limitless futures! We will continue to embrace this and know that we must all work together as a community, and as a community of learners to ensure that ALL STUDENTS reach their highest potential.
Together, we will get through this, and together we will be better for it. For questions regarding the current distance learning implementation and to enroll you child in one of our nationally recognized schools, call Rosana Valadez at 661-291-4163 or visit www.newhallschooldistrict.com.
