To Our Valued Patients We Are Here For You
At Helm Vision Group, it is our mission to provide compassionate patient care, with your health and safety being our number one priority. As is our current practice, we are actively maintaining a clean office environment, with special measures to ensure your safety in light of news surrounding COVID-19.
• We are conducting verbal and temperature screenings to determine if rescheduling an appointment is necessary.
• Waiting room capacity is limited to a maximum of four people at a time to ensure adequate physical space between patients. Patients are asked to wait in their vehicles or the building lobby if we are at capacity – the front desk will then call patients in when staff is ready to see them.
• All technical personnel and doctors wear masks and practice frequent hand-washing and sanitization of all surfaces.
Our office is maintaining normal operation hours with a few temporary adjustments: our Valencia location is closed on Saturdays and our Palmdale location is only open on Thursdays. Please note that these changes are temporary – we will notify you of any further adjustments. If you cannot make it to your appointment for any reason, please let us know in advance so we can reschedule your visit.
If you have any questions, we encourage you to call our office to determine if an in-person visit is necessary or if your needs can be met via Telemedicine or a future appointment. Your health and safety is top-of-mind, and we remain committed to servicing your vision needs responsibly.
From all of us at Helm Vision Group, we appreciate your trust and patience during this time.
If you have any questions please call us at: 661-259-3937.
