A Message from Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School District
2020 has been quite the challenge for all of us. The stay at home orders in response to the pandemic have caused untold hardship on so many citizens of the world and our school community. But teachers and staff have risen to the occasion and developed meaningful instruction on short notice for our students given so many restrictions. To the graduating Class of 2020, we at the Acton-Agua Dolce School District wish you well in your future endeavors. We have watched over the past few months how things can rapidly change and have seen first-hand the courage and determination students have mustered to get through these very challenging times. As you move on in your life we want you to look back on these times and remember all the difficulties, let-downs and recall how you and your classmates have turned a strenuous situation into something great.
Let this be a reminder of your courage, strength and cunning when you are going through life’s challenges and that no matter what you are a very capable adult who deserves all the successes and happiness in life. Some say, the true nature of a leader comes forth in the midst of great uncertainty and since COVID-19 has put a hold on so much for our graduating class, I am proud to say our students are resilient and have preserved in the face of adversity. We couldn’t ask for better students who personally have turned something so unreal into an unforgettable experience. We are so excited to present the graduating class of 2020 and look forward to seeing what becomes of them in the future.
Congratulations Class of 2020 we wish you well!
