Advanced Audiology Business Not as Usual
The spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has generated understandable concerns in our community. Please be assured that the health, safety, and well-being of our patients, staff members, and their families is our top priority.
As we continue to practice social distancing, feelings of isolation and lack of communication are affecting the general population. Consider the impact this has on those with hearing loss during this time.
In our commitment to serve individuals with hearing loss in our community, we are open and closely monitoring the evolving situation. We have taken additional precautions in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help minimize the spread of this virus, including:
Increased frequency of sanitation process for waiting area and exam rooms.
Seeing patients by appointment only to prevent exposure to others in the waiting area and allowing patients to wait in their cars.
Stringent usage of hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks.
Enforcing all staff members who have a fever or cough to stay home until cleared by a medical doctor.
Offering curbside service, encouraging patients to call ahead to arrange hearing aid service from the safety of their cars.
Pre-screening patients prior to their appointments to ensure they are low risk and not experiencing viral symptoms.
As always, thank you for allowing us to assist with your hearing healthcare needs. If you or a loved one are experiencing a hearing loss, call Nola Aronson’s Advanced Audiology today at 661-253-3277 or 661-388-3998, or visit us at www.scvadvancedaudiology.com.
