Chef Taumodi and Owner Jay Hamzei work together each week to bring out new specials. Recently, they incorporated a Arrabiatta sauce in some of the dishes. This sauce has hints of garlic, tomatoes and dried red chili peppers. The interesting thing about it is that it is a spicy sauce but does not burn your mouth just gives your whole body a sort of warm fuzzy feeling. Each dish is carefully prepared and made with the customer in mind. As Taumodi put it, “Cooking with love is art.” However, he does create pieces that cater to a customers’ taste along with food sensitivities.
