Vote Steve Sturgeon For Hart School District
I began my involvement with the Sulphur Springs Union School District in 1995 as a Trustee on their Board of Education before being elected to the William S. Hart School Board in 1999.
During my tenure, the Hart School District has built 6 new schools and done renovation or expansion on all of the 15 other campuses. We have opened a middle college campus, two Junior High schools and 3 High schools, all to meet the growth of the Santa Clarita student population.
The Hart District will always be focused on its educational programs both in quality and content. I will continue to support the creative genius we have on our staffs across all campuses. We will continue to be innovative, proactive, and accomplished. Our students are some of the best in the Country, the County and State. We will continue to encourage them to be the best they can be.
The current COVID pandemic is a “bump in the road”. We, as a District, are working to overcome the challenges it has brought to our lives. We will get past it and be better when we have done just that.
I am committed to guide the District to restore our services to the level we are accustomed to having and then move above and beyond. This is certainly one of the greatest challenges our District and education as a whole has had to face.
