The Jubilee Cocktail – Salt Creek Grille Valencia

In honor of the Holiday season, Salt Creek Grille Valencia has created a special cocktail that will be featured in this year’s Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Holiday Home Tour. Named after this fabulous event, The Jubilee Cocktail is made with cranberry vodka that is infused with fresh muddled blackberries, raspberries, and dried cranberries that are then sweetened with simple syrup and given hints of lemon to give it a sweat and sour flavor. After it was been combined together it is topped with a pear apple cider.
