How Fitucci Custom Cabinets Works

Step 1. Getting a Quote
With two locations, we want to make this process as easy and stress free as possible. We have showrooms in both locations which are open daily, however, we do recommend an appointment so that we can give you adequate time and attention. Complete architectural plans & finish schedule are ideal however simple measurements will do as a starting point as well. Our showrooms have over a dozen kitchens on display and over hundreds cabinet door & finished samples. We will spend time together discussing the project, selecting a door style, finish, and layout. We want to provide you with the most accurate quote possible, so the more information you can provide us with (appliances, door style, layout, etc.) the better we are able to assist you.
Step 2. Bidding
With a full set of plans, design, materials, and finish selections chosen, we will be able to provide a detailed price quote which will include cabinets’ specifications, accessories, and other options. This will be submitted for your review & acceptance.
Step 3. Client Portal
A personal client portal will be established in which you will receive login information to attach documents, sign contracts and receive invoices. A dedicated area that allows for simple access to all project related material.
Step 4. Shop Drawings
After acceptance, we will schedule a site visit to take filed measurements. Our measurements will be used to produce a detailed set of shop drawings that include 3D views, floor plan, interior elevations & detailed section views. Final design review is done on a big screen, making it easier for you to visualize the space. All options will be discussed & final adjustments made.
Step 5. Production
Once shop drawings are signed off, production begins. Production lead-time depends on the scale of the project and will be determined in advance. Production progress images will be uploaded on your Client Portal.
Step 6. Delivery & Installation
Prior to completion of production, delivery & installation will be coordinated with the project manager.
