Rob’s Last Hurrah Barrel Aged BBB with Guava

Wolf Creek celebrated 24 years in business this past April and to commemorate this day they released the Barrel Aged BBB with Guava. This is in honor of the brew master and co-owner, Rob McFerren who created this recipe as his last hurrah. This beer is a blend of the Belgian Style Tripel that has been aged for over 2 years in J. Lohr chardonnay barrels, a hint of slightly tart guava blends with the notes of vanilla and oak from the wine barrels and a mildly-sweet complexity from the Belgian yeast.
