Spring into Wellness at Oakmont Senior Living

Now that so many COVID restrictions have been lifted in Los Angeles County, I have been delighted by the sheer number of families coming to see us at Oakmont Senior Living. Some are coming to celebrate life with their parents or other family members who live here. They flash their vaccination cards at the front desk and get their temperatures taken. They wink at me or give me a thumbs up as they pass by my office on the way to see their loved ones in their apartments. It’s heart-warming and it’s our long-awaited reality right now. I am filled with gratitude because I get to be a witness to so much positive change.
Other people who come to see us are those who have been caring for their loved ones at home through these past difficult months while awaiting the day when they can feel comfortable bringing them to us. We are the trained experts who provide assistance in style! Our staff is able to help our families feel safe and secure in the knowledge that they have chosen the very best option for the people they love. My favorite thing about showing people around our communities is when they look at me and comment about how genuinely happy our residents are.
