Nothing says summer like dishes with fresh fish. Olive Terrace Bar & Grill is famous for their Paella Valencia, a traditional Spanish recipe that is made with rice, an assortment of vegetables and a variety of seafood like mussels, white fish and shrimp. This dish is cooked in a giant wok and combined with spices and herbs then left to simmer for hours sealing in all the flavors into the rice. This delicious entrée is meant to be shared with friends and family as it comes in a very large serving making this one of the best things for the hotter season.
