Olive Terrace Bar & Grill is famous for their Paella Valencia, a traditional Spanish recipe that is made with rice, an assortment of vegetables and a variety of seafood like mussels, white fish and shrimp. This dish is cooked in a giant wok and combined with spices and herbs then left to simmer for hours sealing in all the flavors into the rice.
