Get Your Life Back On Track With New U Therapy’s Intensive
Outpatient Program
Nearly 1 in 5 Americans will struggle with a mental health disorder in their lifetime. That number will rise as the pandemic’s ongoing pressures and challenges continue to take a toll on our physical and emotional health.
Untreated mental health disorders can present ongoing obstacles that hold people back from thriving in life. If you or someone you love is suffering from symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, fatigue, or general overwhelm, it’s vital to reach out for support. The good news is that you can break through these challenges that are holding you back! Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) can help you experience relief and renewal so you can live your best life.
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the Valencia community with the latest and greatest in mental health care, we are excited to introduce our newest program – the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Is This IOP For Me?
This program is ideal for motivated individuals seeking personal growth, community, and structured mental health support in a safe and confidential environment. Group therapy is the main component of many IOPs. Groups allow IOP participants to improve their communication, develop or enhance self-awareness, manage stress, achieve behavioral changes, support one another and so much more. Typically, an IOP takes place more often than regular outpatient programs – usually 9 hours or more of treatment per week for 3 to 5 days.
What Can I Expect?
New U Therapy’s IOP program will provide an opportunity for participants to get on the road to recovery, renewed wellness, and enriched living. To put it simply, our IOP program can help you feel better! It’s designed to help people understand the best mental health practices that can help them overcome everyday stressors and triggers. Participants will learn how to develop mindful coping skills, improved problem-solving abilities, enriched self-awareness, and other essential tools that can help them thrive!
