Fried Chicken for Two.. or Three.. or Four! The Old Town Junction
At the Old Town Junction in Newhall, there’s something for everybody – including their duck fat whole fried chicken. This heaping dish is generously portioned to serve between two to four guests, and puts a whole new spin on traditional fried chicken. Duck fat is used to crispen the chicken to perfection and is served alongside mashed potato, apple coleslaw, gravy and biscuits. On the side are hot sauce, honey and pickles to really make it a true fried chicken dish.
The Old Town Junction is open for dine in and accepts reservations over the phone at 661-702-4888, so give them a call today
