New year, new ways to save water! New Year’s resolutions can be hard to keep but committing to take small steps that save water can make a big difference every day. With simple changes to your water habits, you can use less water and save on your monthly bill. Not sure where to start? Here are three easy steps to start 2022 off right:ç
Be a leak detective and find and fix leaks, including water loss from irrigation runoff.
Enjoy 5-minute power showers.
Water your lawn between 6 p.m. and 10 a.m., 1-2 days per week, as needed.

Check out our step-by-step tips and easy to follow videos for detecting home leaks, fixing a toilet and checking your irrigation system. Our customers can also take advantage of rebate programs, including lawn replacement, smart controllers, high-efficiency irrigation equipment, drip irrigation conversion and more. Customers also have the opportunity to earn a $20 credit on their water bill while learning more about the drought and how to save water at home by taking the online WaterSMART Workshop.
