Nilton was born in Brazil but came to the United States as a student when he was 20 years old, and he went on to obtain his degree in Business Management. In 1999, he moved to Santa Clarita, and now also serves as board chairman for Old Town Newhall, which only emphasizes the love he has for the community he serves.
