The Brittany Foundation Finding Their Forever Home

by | Dec 29, 2021 | Pet Services

A non-profit humane organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless dogs, has several dogs for adoption.

MARSHA
AKA Marshmallow. This curious, fun-loving 4-year-old English Bulldog was surrendered to us and we just can’t imagine why anyone would ever give her up. She is an absolute joy. She will cuddle for hours, enjoys walks and plays with toys. She is a little fluffy so she is on our wellness program here to get her weight down a bit. It is clear from the scars on her tummy area that she was used irresponsibly for breeding which just breaks our heart. We can’t even imagine what she has been through. We look forward to finding her the perfect, forever home where she will only know love and be shown the respect every animal deserves. If you are interested in adopting Marsha, please fill out an application on our website.

DAISY MAE
Confident, fearless, clever, spirited, and a bit of a comedian at times, Daisy Mae is a Miniature Pinscher about 7 years old. She adores people and forms a deep bond with them. She is a great little watchdog, is loads of fun, and always up for anything. She does need an active home and/or family to live her best life. She lives with other small dogs her own size and gets along just fine with them. She is only with us because her person became ill and could no longer care for her and there were no family members who would take her. If you are looking for a spunky, cuddly, furry family member, Daisy Mae is the one for you!

MASON
Those ears! Mason was brought to us after an injury in the home caused him to be paralyzed and they were going to euthanize him. Because of that injury he does drag both of his back legs but he doesn’t let that slow him down one bit. He is about 6 years old and we think a blend of Jack Russell and Chihuahua, although we can never quite be certain about that. He loves every person he meets and is quite proud of his toy collection. We are hoping to find an experienced, special needs foster for him in the Santa Clarita area since that is where veterinarian is located. If you are experienced with pups that are paralyzed and would like to meet Mason, please contact us.

MADI
We intercepted this little cutie at the East Valley Animal Shelter. It is just heartbreaking when animals end up in shelters when their person passes away, but that is the reality for so many dogs like Madi. There were no family members who would take her so she was taken to the shelter where we met up with her before she was turned in. Madi is wonderful and loving to everyone. She walks further and faster than dogs half her age and keeps her room here meticulously neat. It literally looks perfect everyday, almost like she cleans it herself. We were told she is 13 years old but we are all wondering how accurate that is based on what we have seen so far. It is very clear she has known great love because she gives it to everyone she meets. She has many features of a Maltese and is as sweet as pie. Madi has a dental cleaning scheduled and then is ready to go, go, go. Please contact us if you have a great home for Ms. Madi.
