Valley Lyons Veterinary Hospital Under New Ownership

May we first say Happy New Year and we hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday season. As this is our first ad in the Santa Clarita Magazine, we would like to use this editorial to introduce ourselves to the community. We (the new owners) are Dr. Alexandra Swope, Joel Sedano and Dani Sedano; a team of Veterinarian, Technician, and Certified Veterinary Practice Manager that have equally profound compassion for our furry, wooly, feathery friends, and their owners.
As the current owners of Sweet Home Veterinary Hospital in North Hollywood we wanted to branch out to the Santa Clarita Valley to bring the care and compassion that we have been able to provide the pets of the San Fernando Valley for the last 3 ½ years. So, we decided to purchase Valley Lyons Veterinary Hospital in mid-January of 2021 and wow did 2021 go by quick.
We are a general practice that not only treats our dog and cat companions, but Dr. Swope also sees our “Hobby Farm” friends’, sheep, goats, pigs, and chickens as well as pocket pets and reptiles.
Now let’s introduce you to our amazing Associate Veterinarians; Dr. Rikki Boswell, who joined our team in October of 2020, and Dr. Alexandra De La Torre, who joined us January of 2021. Both doctors come to us as graduates of Western Veterinary University and provide the highest standard of diagnostics, care, and treatment for all our patients.
When you call to make your appointment, you will be greeted by our wonderful and friendly Client Service Representative Kiara, who can help answer all your questions.
Upon arriving for your appointment, you will be helped by our knowledgeable and skilled staff who will make you feel right at home and treat your patient as their own.
We currently are seeing appointments 9am to 3:30pm Monday through Fridays and we do have same day or next day appointments available. So, give us a call today 661-254-6680.
