Rosarito Grill Serving Mexican & Peruvian Cuisine – Canyon Center
Fresh ingredients make for the best dishes, and SCV’s own Rosarito Grill is a testament to this.
Located conveniently in the Canyon Center in Canyon Country is Rosarito Grill, also know as one of the number one spots in Santa Clarita for high quality Mexican and Peruvian cuisine. Their extensive menu covers all the basics (who can resist a steaming helping of lomo saltado or a classic enchilada?) and their salsa is as well-known as it is delicious, but they also offer new spins on old favorites, like their take on papa a la huancaina and tacu tacu. Rosarito Grill prides itself on its authentic flavor, quality ingredients, and above all their friendly service, which have all made it a tried-and-true favorite in the area when it comes to Mexican or Peruvian dishes.
In addition to lunch and dinner dishes, they also offer an extensive list of breakfast options and chef specials, which are all equally tasty and make it impossible to choose just one favorite. Of course, you’ll first want to start off with an appetizer like the ceviche cocktail or a plate of nachos. or both! Also on the menu are burgers, fajitas, menudo, and countless more additions that cater to just about any craving you’re having.
Rosarito Grill is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. They’re available for dine-in and takeout orders, so the next time you’re in the mood for some menudo on one of those chillier Santa Clarita days, give them a call to taste the excitement for yourself: (661) 251-2732
