Your Story is My Story
My friend Dory Yanow and I met for lunch at Gyromania. We were enjoying our conversation when two chatty women came walking through the door. After they placed their order they found a table right next to us. We started talking, introduced ourselves and by the end of lunch we were fast friends. That’s how I met Sophia Garceau and Kristan Cicero. We stayed in touch, had many fun times together, became Facebook friends and finding out we had many mutual acquaintances. Not a surprise since Sophia and I talk to everyone, no such thing as a stranger to us. One day I get a call from Sophia, “Holly, keep this quiet, it looks like Darren is getting a transfer to Florida, we need to sell our home.” It was bittersweet for me, I was happy to help, but my new found friend was moving. Once confirmed we got to work preparing their home to sell. We buttoned it up and got it picture perfect ready for what I call “Showtime!” Of course, it sold way over asking price with multiple offers. Before Darren and Sophia moved they had my husband and I over for a wonderful dinner. You never know who you’ll meet by just saying hi and smiling. Sophia and I now talk on the phone regularly sharing our life stories. I’m so happy her story is now my story for life. She means the world to me. If you’re thinking of selling, buying, investing, or need any real estate advice I’d be happy to help. I’d love your story to be part of my story. Feel free to call me. (661) 645-1334.
