The Brittany Foundation Finding Their Forever Home – June 2022

A non-profit humane organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless dogs, has several dogs for adoption.

MIA

Future best friend alert!!  Before being surrendered here, this lovable little Pibble lived in the same home for 7 years. Mia is fun-loving and so silly. She is the zoomie queen here and insists on taking one of her toys on every walk. She will, however, let you carry it on the way back. She loves everyone she meets and enjoys walks, but would be just as happy snuggled up next to you on the couch. And yes, she will need to be tucked in at night as she needs to be curled up with a pile of blankets. We do think she would prefer to be the only dog in the home so she can be treated like the Pibble Princess she is.
FALCON

This handsome guy was adopted by a well-meaning family, but they already had several other dogs and one more proved to be too much, so he was surrendered here. His puppy-like personality is really starting to shine. He does zoomies every morning before breakfast, plays with toys, loves belly rubs, and is a great co-pilot in the car. He walks well on a leash and is happy to go with whoever will take him. He is just 2 years old and can be a little stubborn, but he’s just a youngster testing the water. He appears to be a Cattle Dog mix, but his laid back personality is much more chill than his breed suggests. We are waiting on his DNA results now and will update on our social media pages soon.

POLLY and PATTY

Cuteness overload with sass, spunk and smarts thrown in for good measure. This precious duo had been living in a crate in a garage for years. We have no idea why someone would do such a thing to these adorable little ones. Despite barely being let out and left to only roam around a garage occasionally, they have fit right in here with our other seniors. They are the first to greet everyone who comes in. Both with smiles and tails wagging. They are petite in size, each weighing just 7 lbs. We think they might be Yorki-Poos and they are about 10 years old. They are inextricably linked and will only ever be placed together. They recently went for their first walk, so they are getting used to how a harness feels and how to walk properly on a leash, so that minor detail is still a work in progress. Despite all these two have been through, their love of life shines through.
