The Brittany Foundation Finding Their Forever Home – August 2022
A non-profit humane organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless dogs, has several dogs for adoption.
FRANK
This adorable special-needs fella was surrendered to us when his owner said they could not find a place to live that would allow dogs. He lived with this person for eight years. When he arrived here, he could barely stand on his hind legs, but he is now doing fantastic and going for walks every day. Unfortunately, there are no surgical options for the injury he sustained, but since he is now on the proper medication and he has lost some weight, he is doing so well and does not require a wheelchair. He is quite possibly one of the happiest pups we have ever met and, for sure, could be a social media star.
LUNAH
This beautiful one blue-eyed and one brown-eyed girl is with us because her owner became too ill to care for her and there were no family members who would take her in. As with Huskies in general, she has a joyful and friendly temperament. She walks well on a leash and loves to splash around in a kiddie pool for fun. Lunah is 10 years old and has lived in a home her entire life until she was surrendered to us. We think she is just amazing and could fit perfectly into just about any situation.
