New U Therapy offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) based on Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This program is designed to provide patients with a comprehensive treatment for trauma and PTSD, helping them work through their experiences and gain the tools necessary to manage their symptoms.
Our IOP includes individual and group therapy and other specialized treatments to help patients build resilience and overcome challenges. It’s an intensive program that requires substantial commitment from our patients, but the results speak for themselves.
In addition to this program, we offer Ketamine services, including Ketamine IM injections, KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy), and Spravato (Esketamine) nasal spray that’s covered by most major insurance companies. Ketamine Injection Therapy involves the administration of Ketamine via intramuscular injection, which is effective in treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Spravato is a nasal spray that contains Esketamine (a variation of Ketamine), an effective FDA-approved drug treating depression.
These therapies create new neural pathways that promote healing, changing how people think, feel, and act in their everyday lives. The best part? They’re also available as optional add-ons to our IOP to further support the healing journey for those who need it.
