Brewery Draconum – Family Owned and Operated Brewpub and Beer Garden

Brewery Draconum offers a social/recreational experience centered around the world of craft beer – unlike anything else in Old town Newhall.   With 20 taps that predominantly feature their house brews (each with a fresh and distinct flavor profile),  a variety of wine selections, and a contemporary pub-style menu consisting of fresh, house-made recipes – many of which are infused with house brews – they offer a unique, well-paired tasting and dining experience. 

Add to that their expansive beer garden which features a two-lane bocce ball court, cornhole and a variety of board games to enjoy, making it a great place to soak in the sun, or sit under the stars…while also serving as a perfect setting for events or celebrations of any size. 

Whether you’re seeking a flight with some bites, or a 3 course meal…there is something for everyone to enjoy! 

The team is led by a brother and sister team who serve as the brewer and general manager, respectively.
