Get Your Life Back On Track With IOP – New U Therapy Center
We all face highs and lows in life. No one is immune to adversity. However, people who suffer from severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and other persistent conditions often find themselves facing more lows than highs.
They may also find themselves paralyzed by their anxiety, procrastinating, or experiencing lingering effects of trauma. Feelings of isolation, lack of motivation, and hopelessness can creep in, making it hard to see the path forward.
Life doesn’t have to be this way. IOP can help!
Who IOP Can Help
Our IOP programs consist of an array of therapies developed for individuals with moderate to severe depression, anxiety, and/or panic attacks, including those who require monitoring for self-harm or suicidal ideation. It is also meant for individuals living with mild to moderate substance use disorders.
We Offer An IOP Program Like No Other
Our holistic IOP programs allow participants to work on their recovery using various therapeutic modalities that can help strengthen their self-identity and learn more about who they are. The goal of our IOP is not only to stabilize symptoms and prevent hospitalization so you can move forward in health, happiness, and success in life, but to heal your trauma completely (or significantly reduce the symptoms) so you can emerge as a better version of yourself.
What To Expect
IOP programs are designed to help adults (18+) who are experiencing significant emotional and psychological difficulties avoid hospitalization or inpatient care. The intensive program does require a commitment of 9 hours a week.
On average more than 70% of IOP participants have favorable outcomes. This is actually higher than some inpatient treatment options. This success is attributed to the fact that IOPs are intensive, even with outpatient design. We expect results to be higher with full participation in the program.
Check Your Eligibility Today
Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) can help you experience relief and renewal so you can live your best life. We are forming groups for the Summer of ‘23. Please reach out today to check your eligibility and learn more about a new path forward in hope, healing, and renewed mental wellness.
