Located in northeast Los Angeles County, the Newhall School District (NSD) offers quality education to children in grades UPK (Universal Prekindergarten) through 6th, serving a portion of the City of Santa Clarita and the unincorporated communities of Stevenson Ranch and Westridge.
Our ten-school district is home to 40 languages among its students, and offers a Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Program in Spanish.
All 10 of Newhall School District’s campuses – McGrath, Meadows, Newhall, Oak Hills, Old Orchard, Peachland Avenue, Pico Canyon, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia Valley, and Wiley Canyon – are multi-year recipients of the much-coveted California Distinguished School Award.
