Congratulations Courtney Mattley

Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital congratulates Courtney Mattley on her well-deserved 40 Under Forty honor. Courtney is the Pharmacy Manager at Henry Mayo Hospital. She completed her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Southern California and then completed an Acute Care residency at Antelope Valley Hospital. She is a certified Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist.
Courtney practiced as a Critical Care and Infectious Disease Pharmacist at Henry Mayo for five years before becoming the Pharmacy Department’s clinical coordinator in 2019. During her time as clinical coordinator, Courtney was heavily involved with the research and protocol development for treating COVID-19 patients, and also helped spearhead the COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Henry Mayo. Her current role as Pharmacy Manager involves leading a team of 70 employees and running the operations of the department.
She is passionate about opioid safety and risk of overdose, especially in young people, and she volunteers her time providing education on this topic.
