Lots of “news” to report at Brewery Draconum. Now in their seventh year, the brother & sister owners (the brewer and general manager, respectively), continue to find new ways to grow & enhance the social-dining experience at their Old Town-Main Street brewpub. With 20 taps that feature mostly house-brews (and a small rotation of guest beers), they offer a variety of styles and flavor profiles providing something for every palate. They also have a new chef who has updated and added many new fresh-made selections to their already varied menu of pub-style items, many of which are infused with house brews to create unique flavor profiles. Even their expansive garden has been upgraded with a new turf to make it even more lush. And while you are enjoying the food and beer, you can take-in a game of bocce ball or cornhole…connect four or chess. There are plenty of recreational options. To top it all off…they are now open for weekend brunch with fresh breakfast options ranging from huevos rancheros to pain perdu…from omelettes to a hot chicken biscuit sandwich.
