Paints It Forward for Santa Clarita Widow and Grandmother of Three – ALLBRiGHT PAINTING
Recently, a team of over 65 employees from ALLBRiGHT 1-800-PAINTING visited the home of Keefe Ferrandini, a Santa Clarita grandmother and widow caring for her three grandchildren, aged 5 to 7. Ferrandini, who lost her son in 2022 and her husband in 2023, also suffered extensive damage to her home due to a recent fire.
In an act of kindness, the ALLBRiGHT team completely repaired and painted Ferrandini’s home for free, a service valued at over $25,000. This effort was part of ALLBRiGHT’s Paint-It-Forward program, which was initiated by founder and Chief Solutionist Josh Abramson over 18 years ago. Since its start, Paint-It-Forward has provided more than $300,000 worth of painting and repair services to various organizations in Southern California, including the Boys & Girls Club of San Fernando Valley, The Child & Family Center’s Domestic Violence Safe House, and numerous individual homes in need.
In 2022, the Paint-It-Forward initiative expanded nationally through a partnership with the Painting Contractors Association (PCA), and to date, it has donated millions in paint and labor to children’s charities across the United States.
During the event, Josh Abramson announced that ALLBRiGHT would be giving away three additional Paint-It-Forward donations in 2024, amounting to $100,000 in paint and labor. The community is invited to submit nominations through their website at allbrightpainting.com/paint-it-forward.
