Choosing the Newhall School District for Your Child
One of the most important and personal choices a parent and family can make for their child is, what school, and which school district do they send their children to.
When considering what school and its district consider the unique learning needs of your child.
Consider a learning environment that cares for your child while empowering them to be the best scholars; where they learn to persevere, collaborate, excel, and are innovative. That’s the Newhall School District (NSD)!
The Newhall School District offers Universal UPK through 6th grade education, with state-of-the-art instruction that includes mathematics, science, technology, reading, writing, literature, social studies, history, physical education, arts, music, and Spanish dual language immersion, which allows for the acquisition of a second language while students learn and study their primary language. That’s the NSD!
Consider a school district that highly values and views parents and families as active partners in their child’s education. That’s the NSD!
Consider a school district that has all ten of its schools with state and national recognitions, and is one of the highest achieving school districts in California. As a district, we believe in a well-rounded curriculum. All 10 of our campuses are California Distinguished Schools and have won the much-coveted California Pivotal Practice (CAPP) Award. Seven out of our 10 schools are National Blue Ribbon Schools. That’s the NSD!
Consider the school district that will keep your child safe because it has multiple safety measures in place. That’s the NSD!
The NSD enrollment is open to all students in grades UPK -6.
Enrolling in the NSD is a pathway to success for each child in our care. At the Newhall School District, we are Empowering Every Child Every Day!
Are you ready to set your child up to succeed in life? Then, please don’t wait any longer to enroll them in Newhall School District! District-wide enrollment is happening now for School Year 2024-2025, in all of our schools: McGrath, Meadows, Newhall, Oak Hills, Old Orchard, Peachland, Pico Canyon, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia Valley, and Wiley Canyon.
