His expertise further expanded at HSA Structural Engineering, focusing on tilt-up warehouses. In 2023, Steven returned to Randal G. Winter Construction as a project manager, bringing his extensive engineering knowledge and newly acquired Professional Engineering License in California. This credential enables him to serve as the Engineer of Record for residential structural engineering plans, ensuring projects are executed with precision and excellence.
