Randal G. Winter Construction, Inc. Welcomes Steven Winter
Steven Winter is a distinguished project manager at Randal G. Winter Construction, a premier firm known for its exceptional work in the Santa Clarita Valley, Ventura, and San Fernando Valley. Steven’s journey in construction began during his high school summers, working alongside skilled masons at his father’s company. His early hands-on experience, including significant projects like the Umali Medical Center, laid the foundation for his profound understanding of the construction process. Over the years, Steven advanced from a laborer to a project manager, demonstrating remarkable dedication and leadership. While managing projects, he pursued his education, earning an associate’s degree in engineering from College of the Canyons and a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California, Irvine. His academic journey was complemented by practical experience as a plan checker for the City of Costa Mesa and leadership roles in organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers and Global Engineering Brigades. Steven’s professional career is marked by diverse experiences, including roles as a structural engineer at Coffman Engineers and Malsam-Tsang Structural Engineers, where he contributed to designing multi-family structures and post-tensioned concrete podiums. His expertise further expanded at HSA Structural Engineering, focusing on tilt-up warehouses. In 2023, Steven returned to Randal G. Winter Construction as a project manager, bringing his extensive engineering knowledge and newly acquired Professional Engineering License in California. This credential enables him to serve as the Engineer of Record for residential structural engineering plans, ensuring projects are executed with precision and excellence. Steven Winter’s blend of technical expertise, leadership, and commitment makes him an invaluable asset to any construction project, promising quality and innovation under the trusted banner of Randal G. Winter Construction.
