Celebrating Community Champions: Honoring Healthcare Heroes and Supporters at the 52nd Annual Frontier Toyota/Henry Mayo Golf Classic

For 50 years, Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital has been the cornerstone of healthcare in the Santa Clarita Valley, providing lifesaving care to our growing community. To support this mission, our 52nd Annual Frontier Toyota / Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Golf Classic will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Valencia Country Club. This beloved event has always raised essential funds for our Emergency & Trauma Services, helping to ensure that Henry Mayo continues to provide the highest level of care in times of crisis.
“Our trauma and emergency professionals—physicians, nurses, and all clinicians—are integral to the Emergency Department’s critical life-saving services benefiting our entire community,” said Marlee Lauffer, Foundation President. “Nearly 70,000 people came through the ED last year. As a Level II Trauma Center, our Emergency Department is approved for pediatrics and is a STEMI and Stroke Receiving Center. The funding received from the annual Golf Classic is important in sustaining and enhancing these services. As a not-for-profit, independent hospital, Henry Mayo relies on our community’s generous philanthropic giving.”
