SCV’s 2nd Annual Eat Drink Local Festival: A Family-Friendly Community Event
Last year’s breakout festival, Eat Drink Local, announces its 2025 celebration will be taking place at Central Park on Saturday, June 7th, from 2-8pm. This festival is a fundraiser to benefit the homeless students and families in the William S. Hart Union High School District.
Mission-Driven Nonprofit Organization: “Folks are shocked when I tell them there are over 1,000 unhoused students in the Hart School District alone. As a former teacher at La Mesa Jr. High, I saw it firsthand. I’m grateful to the 5,000+ people who came out and rocked with us last year, and provided us with the means to give back to those unhoused students.”
– Jess Guidroz, Founder of The New Way & Eat Drink Local
