by | Jun 30, 2025 | Community

Alexander Hafizi is now among the select group of individuals honored as one of JCI USA’s Ten Outstanding Young Americans (TOYA) for 2025—recognizing young leaders aged 18–40 who “exemplify the best attributes of the nation’s young people” . This prestigious award shines a national spotlight on those demonstrating significant achievements and positive community impact.

What is TOYA? Founded in the 1930s as Ten Outstanding Young Men and opened to women in 1985, TOYA annually celebrates up to ten exemplary young Americans across diverse categories, such as business, humanitarian leadership, scientific innovation, and civic contributions. Notable past recipients include icons like John F. Kennedy, Howard Hughes, Elvis Presley, and Peyton Manning. Winners are granted national recognition at a ceremony during the JCI USA National Meeting, complete with formal awards, a video profile, and networking opportunities.

“Being named one of the Ten Outstanding Young Americans is truly humbling. I’ve always believed that giving back to the community isn’t just a duty—it’s a privilege. This award isn’t just about me; it reflects the incredible people and organizations in Santa Clarita that I’ve had the honor of working alongside.”
