Go Over the Edge for Education Presented by WiSH Education Foundation
Ready to take fundraising to new heights? On August 2, 2025, the WiSH Education Foundation invites you to go Over the Edge—a thrilling rappel down a multi-story building to support over 21,000 students in the William S. Hart Union High School District.
This isn’t your typical fundraiser. It’s a bold, heart-pounding experience that brings together community spirit, courage, and compassion. Whether it’s your first rappel or a bucket list adventure, Over the Edge is for anyone willing to face a little fear for a great cause.
Each “Edger” raises a minimum of $750, with every dollar going toward critical programs in our local schools—STEAM, mental health, wellness, college prep, classroom tools, and more. These resources help bridge funding gaps and provide students with the tools they need to thrive.
Not quite ready to scale a building? Come join the ground party! Enjoy live entertainment, food, sponsor booths, and cheer on the brave souls making the descent. It’s a celebration of education and community with an energy you won’t want to miss.
In past years, educators, city officials, and everyday heroes have stepped off the edge—many in costume, all with one mission: to make a difference. One participant shared, “I was terrified—but once I landed, I wanted to do it again. Helping students made it all worth it.”
Be brave. Be bold. Be the difference.
