Valencia Town Center — A Community Gathering Place for Every Season
For more than three decades, Valencia Town Center has been more than just a shopping destination—it has been a true community gathering place where neighbors meet, families celebrate, and seasonal traditions come to life. Under Centennial Real Estate’s leadership, the center continues to evolve while staying focused on offering experiences that connect with the Santa Clarita Valley.
New Openings & Returning Favorites
The retail mix at Valencia Town Center keeps getting stronger. Pandora has recently opened a beautifully updated location, while longtime favorite Chick-fil-A is undergoing renovation inside the mall and will reopen late summer. Charley’s Philly Steaks re-opened in their former location at the Food Court. Stop by to grab your favorite cheesesteak for lunch.

Bringing the Community Together
Beats & Eats — Every other Friday from 4:00–9:00 PM, Town Center Drive comes alive with live music, local food vendors, and a lively outdoor atmosphere near Cheesecake Factory and Pottery Barn. The final event of the season takes place Friday, October 17th.
Pumpkin Patch Festival (October 1st–31st) — Throughout October, families can enjoy a festive pumpkin patch complete with bounce houses, games, food trucks, live music, and seasonal fun. On Halloween night (October 31), kids can trick-or-treat from 4:00–7:00 PM.
Santa Arrives — The holiday season begins early at Valencia Town Center when Santa makes his first appearance on Friday, November 7th.
Santa Celebration — On Saturday, November 15th, the center is hosting a morning of holiday magic with arts and crafts, a letter-to-Santa station, cookies, cocoa, and, of course, the chance for families to capture memories with Santa himself.
Looking Ahead
As new stores open and seasonal celebrations unfold, Valencia Town Center continues to thrive as the heart of community life in Santa Clarita. With a mix of shopping, dining, and family-friendly events, the center remains a place where traditions are created and shared year after year.
