Spotlight on Branch Manager Angela Sanchez – Logix Federal Credit Union
Being a native of the Santa Clarita Valley has been the foundation of success for Angela Sanchez, branch manager at Logix Federal Credit Union’s Golden Valley location.
Sanchez grew up in Saugus, went to school and met most of her friends in town. Now, she owns a home, and is raising a family here; she recognizes how being a home-grown part of the community has shaped her life.
“When I was a teenager, I learned about finance from my family. Now, I have a chance to help generations of members and that is rewarding. I am grateful for the opportunity to help our members thrive in a city that cares so much about its residents,” Sanchez said.
With more than a decade of experience in the banking industry, Sanchez recalls what drew her to working in the financial sector. “My first job was at Magic Mountain – the beginning of many people’s careers in the area. Connecting with guests and providing the best possible customer service experience was a priority for me then, and continues today,” she said.
It makes sense, then, that Sanchez has spent her career at Logix – from teller to branch manager in 12 years – as the organization’s values align so well with hers.
“Many members come in to open up accounts for their kids, others are looking to save for retirement, and many reach out for help with their borrowing needs whether it is for mortgage, car and more,” she said. “No matter what the circumstance, our goal is for our members to feel confident about the financial decisions they make, and to know they can trust Logix.”
