City of Santa Clarita 40 Under Forty Winners
The City of Santa Clarita is proud to have six employees as part of 2025 SCV 40 Under Forty. Hailing from five different City departments, these honorees represent the best of the City organization and the community.
Noely Allevato is a Management Analyst and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Child and Family Center, where she actively contributes to programming that support mental health, domestic violence services and substance use recovery.
Melody Bartlette is the City’s Purchasing and Contracts Administrator. She provides guidance on risk mitigation and complex procurement processes, equipping her colleagues with the tools to approach challenges with confidence and integrity.
Gabriela Martinez is a Communications Specialist and has delivered some of the City’s most impactful bilingual campaigns, including the Parenting for Prevention podcast, One Story One City and crisis communications. Beyond City Hall, she volunteers weekly at the SCV Senior Center, serves on the SCV Latino Business Alliance Board and contributes to the City’s WorkWell Mental Health Committee.
Calista Nocella is the City’s Arts and Events Coordinator where she has been a driving force in creating FestAbility, the City’s signature event celebrating residents with disabilities. She is also a valued member of the Bridge to Home Board of Directors.
Amber Rodriguez is a Management Analyst in the Community Development Department. She recently earned her MBA and gives back to the community by coaching youth basketball teams and serving as the Chair of the Salvation Army SCV Corps Advisory Board.
Justin Santos is the City’s Recreation and Community Services Supervisor. He also serves in regional leadership through CPRS District 14, where he contributes to the advancement of parks and recreation professionals. Despite these demanding roles, Justin finds time to give back, coaching within the community.
