Defending Employees, One Case at a Time – Staggs Law, PC
When it comes to navigating the complexities of labor and employment law, few attorneys bring the insight, dedication, and personal drive of Naghmeh “Nikki” Staggs, Esq. With more than a decade of legal experience, Ms. Staggs has built her reputation on being both a skilled litigator and a compassionate advocate for employees who too often find themselves at a disadvantage against powerful corporations.
Her career began on the other side of the courtroom. At a prominent international defense firm of over 900 attorneys, Ms. Staggs successfully represented employers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses. While the experience sharpened her skills, it also gave her a front-row seat to the inequities faced by hardworking employees. Determined to make a difference, she shifted her practice to champion workers’ rights, bringing insider knowledge and a strategic edge to every case she takes on.
Today, Ms. Staggs specializes in defending employees in a wide range of workplace matters, including workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and whistleblower protections, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. She represents clients through every stage of the process—from litigation to mediation, arbitration, and negotiation. For her, the work is not simply about legal outcomes; it’s about restoring dignity and ensuring fairness for individuals whose livelihoods are on the line.
Her academic journey reflects the same commitment to excellence. A magna cum laude graduate of UC Berkeley with dual degrees, Ms. Staggs went on to complete her law degree in Southwestern Law School’s highly competitive two-year SCALE program.
A lifelong Angeleno and proud Santa Clarita Valley native—her family moved here in 1990—Ms. Staggs understands this community on a personal level. She knows the people, the culture, and the pressure points that make SCV unique, which allows her to serve her clients with both professional skill and genuine local insight.
Fluent in both English and Farsi, Ms. Staggs makes legal representation accessible to a broad range of clients, ensuring that justice is never limited by cultural or language barriers.
Earlier this year, Ms. Staggs opened her new office at 25350 Magic Mountain Parkway, Suite 300, Valencia, continuing her mission of standing up for employees across the region. She can be reached at 818-521-2022 or by visiting ca-employmentlawyers.com.
If you’re facing workplace injustice, you don’t have to face it alone—Ms. Staggs is ready to stand by your side and fight for your rights.
