Laughs for a Cause 2026 Brings Women in Comedy to Hart & Main
Soroptimist International of Valencia will host Laughs for a Cause 2026 on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Hart & Main, featuring Women in Comedy, produced and hosted by comedian and writer Pam McGeary. The annual comedy fundraiser supports the organization’s Dreams Programs, which empower women and girls through education and career development.
Proceeds benefit Live Your Dream: Education and Training Awards for Women, which provides financial assistance to women who are the primary providers for their families and are pursuing education or job training, and Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls, a mentoring and career exploration program for secondary school girls.
“Laughs for a Cause combines fun with purpose,” said Stephanie Sewell, Co-Chair of the event. “Every ticket helps women and girls move closer to achieving their dreams.”
Co-Chair Lisa West added, “It’s an opportunity to enjoy an incredible night of comedy while making a meaningful difference in our community.”
The event is chaired by Stephanie Sewell and Lisa West, along with Anita Smith and Cheri Brundage.
Additional event details, tickets, and sponsorship information will be announced soon at www.sivalencia.org.
