“Be Confident, Not Compared. Be The Beauty You Already Are.” Zonta Club of Santa Clarita Valley Hosts Exclusive Screening of Embrace, A Powerful Documentary by Taryn Brumfitt
The Zonta Club of Santa Clarita Valley is proud to present a special screening of Embrace, the powerful and internationally acclaimed documentary by body-image advocate Taryn Brumfitt. Join us for an inspiring community event supporting women embracing their bodies and celebrating self-worth. The event will take place on February 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the historic Canyon Theatre Guild.
Embrace explores the global issue of body dissatisfaction, inspiring audiences to rethink societal standards and cultivate self-acceptance. This exclusive screening aims to elevate community conversations around empowerment, health, and self-worth—core values aligned with Zonta’s mission to support women and girls worldwide. Embrace encourages us to focus on our achievements, our dreams, our values, our connections in life rather than how we look or don’t look.
Following the 90-minute film, attendees will be invited for an interactive panel discussion featuring women in the health and wellness industry who will offer insights on body image, media influence, and fostering healthy self-esteem in the community.
Tickets – We invite you to purchase a ticket to the event or support us as a sponsor. Proceeds benefit the Zonta Club of Santa Clarita Valley Foundation that supports programs and projects benefiting the women and girls of the Santa Clarita Valley and worldwide.
