Unlocking Potential: The Oksana® Foundation’s Enrichment Programs Transforming Lives

In the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley, the Oksana® Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families through access to high-quality educational enrichment. Through its scholarship programs and community partnerships, the foundation helps students participate in music, arts, language, and academic classes that might otherwise be out of reach.
The Oksana® Foundation was established by world-renowned pianist, composer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Oksana Kolesnikova, together with her husband and business partner Alex Concas. A second-generation educator with more than 25 years of mentoring experience, Oksana created the foundation to ensure underserved and at-risk youth can benefit from transformative enrichment opportunities that support confidence, creativity, and long-term success.
Save the Date: April 11 Red Carpet Fundraising Gala
On Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 6:00–9:00 p.m. at the Bella Vida Ballroom in Santa Clarita, The Oksana® Foundation will host an elegant Red Carpet Fundraising Gala to raise funds for scholarships and program expansion for local youth. Guests will enjoy live performances by Oksana herself (piano) and by legendary guitarist Ardeshir Farah (of Grammy-nominated duo Strunz & Farah), special guests, fine refreshments, food, drinks, cigar bar and the unveiling on the only guitar in the world ever made with the rare – and very costly – Portoro marble, from Italy. Community members, sponsors and supporters are warmly invited to attend and help open doors for children in need.

Through partnerships with schools, districts, community organizations and families, The Oksana® Foundation helps connect students to music lessons, dramatic arts, intellectual challenges, visual arts and language learning, focusing especially on those who may not have the financial means to participate. Every scholarship awarded is an investment in a child’s potential, helping them build discipline, self-esteem, and a lifelong love of learning.
