Brewery Draconum: Santa Clarita’s Hidden Garden Gem
Often referred to as a “hidden gem” Draconum, with its lush, expansive garden, offers an elevated, fresh-prepped pub-style menu, a variety of house & guest beers, wines, and a selection of house-made cocktails (featuring fermented alcohols). The ‘scratch kitchen’ features many menu items that are actually infused with some of their house brews in order to create their own unique flavor profiles. All of this earned them SCV’s “Ultimate Gastropub” award for 2025.
The garden offers a beautiful dining experience where you can soak in the sun by day, or sit under the stars at night. Whether you are looking for a quiet intimate night out, or you have a large group gathering the garden is designed with the flexibility to accommodate groups of all sizes. And with the ability to completely take over the entire garden, it is a great spot for celebrations and events of all kinds. Plus they have built-in cooling misters for hot summer days. (For a little extra fun – they also have a built-in bocce ball court and cornhole.)
Draconum is owned and operated by a brother and sister team who shared a vision to create a space for people to come together to eat, drink, relax and enjoy!
Brewery Draconum opens daily at noon (closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays). Follow on Facebook/Instagram for updates. Visit at www.brewerydraconum.com. Call 661-568-9160.

Sarah Jessica Porker arrived at the sanctuary in February 2015 as a 15-week-old piglet, delivered by a neighbor who swore she was a “teacup” and would stay tiny. That prediction aged…poorly. Today she tips the scales at a fabulous 150 pounds and fully embraces...
