Built for SCV: A New Flagship Car Wash Experience Arrives in 2027 SCV Car Wash

After more than three years of planning, design, approvals, and preparation, we are excited to finally bring SCV Car Wash to the corner of Valley Center Drive and Soledad Canyon Road, with construction moving toward an anticipated opening in 2027. What began as a vision for a modern, community-focused express car wash has now become a reality, and we are proud to soon open our doors in the heart of Santa Clarita.
As third-generation car wash operators with deep roots in the Santa Clarita Valley, our family understands the importance of serving the community with quality, consistency, and care. We carefully selected this location because we believe it is one of the best corners in the city — centrally located with strong visibility, convenient access, and surrounded by some of Santa Clarita’s busiest retail destinations. Our goal was to create not just another car wash, but a flagship express wash experience designed specifically for the SCV community and built with long-term service in mind.
We also recognize that there are now more car wash choices in Santa Clarita than ever before. During the years it took to entitle and develop SCV Car Wash, several new chain express washes entered the market as well. While competition has grown, we believe customers ultimately benefit from better service, modern technology, cleaner facilities, and more convenient options. We welcome the opportunity to earn the community’s trust and hope SCV residents will embrace SCV Car Wash as their local express wash destination — built by operators who have proudly served the valley for decades.
SCV Car Wash was designed with convenience and customer experience in mind. The facility will feature a state-of-the-art 120-foot express tunnel, free self-service vacuums, modern license plate recognition technology for fast member access, environmentally friendly water reclamation systems, and solar power designed to help improve energy efficiency and sustainability. Every detail of the site was planned to create an experience that feels clean, welcoming, modern, safe, and efficient from the moment customers arrive.
In addition to providing a premium express wash experience, we are also proud to continue investing in the Santa Clarita Valley and contributing to the local business community. Our family has operated car washes in Santa Clarita since the 1980s, and we look forward to continuing that tradition through SCV Car Wash for many years to come.
